Things to Know!
-Teddy Bear Club is a parent/caregiver supervised indoor playspace. Parents/caregivers are required to be responsible for their children at ALL times.
-Teddy Bear Club does NOT provide drop-off childcare services or supervision. At no time is Teddy Bear Club responsible for any child.
-For the health and safety of everyone who visits Teddy Bear Club's playspace, children and adults, with visible signs of illness (Cough, runny nose, rash, fever, etc.) will be asked to visit us when they feel better.
-Please check in at the front desk before playing or joining a class/event.
-Teddy Bear Club is a SHOE-FREE space. WE REQUIRE SOCKS FOR ALL GUESTS. We recommend non-slip/skid socks for inside our center. Socks can be bought at the front desk.
-You must sign a waiver for yourself and your child(ren) before playing or joining a class/event.
-Membership status will be granted only to the person's registered on file.
-We realize that every parent/caregiver has their own parenting/caregiving style. To help us maintain the safety of all children and adults at Teddy Bear Club, we ask that if you observe any challenging or unsafe behavior, please inform a staff member or the front desk.
-No food or drinks in the play spaces. You are welcome to use our kitchenette area, and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and water.
